12. Intellectual property
Any unauthorized use of the Company's name and logo may result in legal action against the Customer.
The use of the Company’s URL, trademarks, trade names, and/or commercial images, logos ("Trademarks") and/or our odds in connection with any product or service that does not belong to the Customer, that may confuse other Customers or the public in any way, or that may defame the Company, is prohibited.
Except as expressly stated in these Terms, the Company and its licensors do not grant the Customer any rights, licenses, titles, or interests in the System or in the Trademarks, all of which are specifically retained by the Company and its licensors.
The Customer is not authorized to use any automatic or manual device to monitor or copy web pages or content within the service. Any unauthorized use or reproduction may result in legal action against the Customer.
