6.1 Account Termination by the Operator
The company reserves the right to close a customer’s account if an investigation into the activity or ownership of the account reveals a clear violation of applicable laws and regulations, these Terms and Conditions, Policies, and Rules. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where the account is controlled by a person under the age of 18, belongs to a resident of a country where access to online betting is prohibited, or is affiliated with individuals such as coaches, team owners, or employees of other betting companies.
Termination may also occur in cases involving Money Laundering/Terrorism Financing, fraudulent activities, multiple, automated, or syndicate betting, service abuse, collusion, fraud, service manipulation, or any form of illegal activity.
6.2 Account Termination by the User
The user may close their account at any time. When opting to cancel their account, the user must complete the facial recognition process (FaceID).
In the event of a successful account closure, all active bets of the user will be refunded, and the user will only be able to log in to withdraw funds (other features will not be available). Once the user withdraws their entire balance, or when the balance reaches zero, the account will be permanently closed. The platform will notify the user of the completion of the process by email.
6.3 Termination and Legal Action
In the cases described in clause 6.1. of the Terms, the Company reserves the right to terminate immediately. Legal action or the filing of a report to regulatory authorities may be initiated under certain circumstances.
6.4 Withdrawal in Case of Termination
If the conditions of clause 6.1. of the Terms apply, the customer has the right to request the withdrawal of the deposited amount.
6.5 Account Inactivity and Blocking
Accounts that remain inactive for six months may be blocked. Customers can contact Customer Support to re-register.
Fees will not be allowed in cases of inactive accounts.
