• Insider information: Placing bets with prior knowledge of the outcomes of specific events.

• Employee or representative: Being an employee or representative of an online sports betting and/or online gaming company.

Group Betting (Syndicate Betting): Placing bets as part of a group of bettors acting together (syndicate) to exceed the site’s limits and conspire to gain an unfair advantage through promotions offered by us.

Use of Special Software or Hardware: Suspected use of special software or hardware that facilitates automated betting, exploiting bugs or errors in our software, or using unauthorized equipment, programs, or analytical systems, including software that allows betting without human intervention (e.g., bots).

Unfair Means to Obtain Information: Suspected use of unfair means to obtain information or circumvent restrictions imposed by us.

After an investigation, the company may choose to block/close accounts, cancel winnings, or refund account balances. Regulatory obligations may require additional documentation related to financial situations.
