General terms and conditions

If a bet is mistakenly accepted due to obvious errors (such as printing mistakes in the event list, inconsistent odds between betting markets and the bet, etc.) or in violation of these Terms and Conditions, or if there are indications of an incorrect bet, the company reserves the right to declare such bets void. The returns on these bets will be paid with odds of 1.

In the case of technical problems, malfunction, or error on our platform, we reserve the right to declare the bets void, with the return being paid at odds of 1.

In the case of obviously incorrect odds, such bets will be resolved based on the final result, at the effective odds applicable to the specific market, or they will be declared void.

We reserve the right to reject bets placed during the course of a match if there is evidence that the bettor has prior knowledge of an event that could impact the market price (e.g., betting on the next goal while it is being scored).

If there are suspicions regarding the unsporting nature of the games, we reserve the right to block bets on such sports events, awaiting the final decision of a respected international organization. Bets placed on such events will be declared void if unsporting conduct is confirmed, and settlement will be made at odds of 1. We are not obliged to provide evidence or decisions to customers.

We are committed to ensuring fair play in sports and recognize that the manipulation of sporting events is linked to criminal activities.

Bets may be voided if there is suspicion or confirmation of match-fixing, bets made through another customer's account, use of a customer's account by third parties, or any unusual betting activity. The term "match-fixing" includes intentionally losing the favorite, manipulating results for financial or competitive reasons, and any other violation of the rules of the sport.

Connection failures during bet confirmation will not result in the cancellation of such bets. Bets will be settled and winnings determined exclusively based on the results declared by us. Complaints regarding actual results, dates, and times of event starts will be analyzed with official documents from relevant international sports organizations.

If funds are credited to your account by mistake, any winnings obtained due to such an error will be considered invalid and will be deducted from your account.

Complaints regarding the transliteration (or translation) of a team's name, player's surname, or sports facility will not be accepted or processed. The tournament title is provided for convenience only, and any error in it will not result in a refund of the bets.

We reserve the right to cancel bets made by individuals or groups attempting to defraud us. If there is evidence that a series of bets on the same selection was made by or for the same individual or group, such bets may be canceled, and the relevant accounts suspended. This rule applies to both settled and unpaid bets. Additionally, at our sole discretion, and in cases of fraud, we may cancel any winnings obtained through fraudulent bets and restore the account balance to its state prior to the fraudulent bets.

We have the right to alter odds and information on the website at any time without prior notice. While we take reasonable precautions to ensure accuracy, you acknowledge that this information is provided for informational purposes only. The prices displayed on the website are indicative and non-binding until a bet is accepted. We are not responsible for cases where specific information (such as score, game time, etc.) is incorrect.

Sporting events may be canceled or postponed, and we have no control over this. The event will be considered postponed or rescheduled if the official start time of the event is changed.

If a game or competition is postponed (rescheduled) for more than 48 hours for any reason, all bets on that event may be declared void (this is an approximate time, and our site has the right to keep such bets valid at its sole discretion to avoid disputes that may arise if the game is postponed for more than 48 hours from the official scheduled start time).

In case the sporting event is canceled or postponed, and accepted bets are deemed void, such voiding will be carried out with odds of 1.0.

The website accepts bets based on a list of markets with odds that reflect the estimated probability of each outcome.

1. The minimum bet amount is 5 reais.
2. The maximum bet amount is determined by the bookmaker for each outcome individually.
3. The maximum win amount is 100,000 reais.
4. A bet is considered accepted after it is registered on the server and confirmed on the website. Once placed, bets cannot be canceled or modified.
5. Only bets that do not exceed the current balance of the user are accepted. After the bet is confirmed, the bet amount will be deducted from the user’s account. After the bet is settled, the winnings will be credited to the user’s account.
6. Pre-match bets are accepted until the event starts. The date, start time of the event, and other information provided live are approximate. Any bet placed after the start of the event will be canceled, except for live bets, that is bets made during the match. This type of bet is considered valid until the end of the match.
7. Pre-match and live bets cannot be canceled or modified, except in the cases specified in points 10-13.
8. In case of bet cancellation, the amount of the single bet will be refunded. If a selection in a combined or system bet is canceled, the win for this event will not be calculated and will be calculated at odds of 1.
9. If a bet is settled incorrectly, the winnings will be recalculated. Bets placed during the period between the incorrect settlement and the new settlement are considered valid.
10. No sporting event is considered canceled or postponed unless officially announced in documents issued by the event organizer, on the official websites of sports federations, on sports club websites, or in other sources of sports information. Events listed in the "Sports" section will be adjusted accordingly.
11. Bets on known results will be void.
12. The term "Simultaneous Finish" refers to a result in which more than one participant of the event, tournament, championship, etc., is declared a winner. If two winners are declared, the bet result will be calculated by splitting the stake in half. If three or more winners are declared, the odds for this option will be calculated with a coefficient of "1."
13. Bets on regional championships (football, futsal, hockey, etc.) will be settled within 10 days of the publication of results on the official websites of these championships. The list of official websites can be found in the "Main Sources of Information" section. If one of the teams does not show up, all bets will be settled at odds of 1 (refunded). In this event the non-participant forfeits the game.
14. In case of obvious errors (errors in event lists, participant names, times, odds discrepancies, etc.), or the acceptance of a bet that violates these rules, or any other signs of a faulty bet, the bookmaker reserves the right to declare such a bet invalid. A refund for such bets will be made at odds of 1.
15. The bookmaker has the right to cancel bets if there is suspicion or confirmation of unfair play (match-fixing), bets made using another user's account, the use of a user's account by a third party, or any unusual bets (i.e., any discrepancies in the type, size, volume, and form of placed bets).
16. The bookmaker reserves the right to update these rules and add new provisions at any time. These new rules or changes will take effect immediately after they are published on the website.

How to place bets

You can find information about odds and events on the Sport page without having to register. You will be able to place bets once you have registered.

You will need a positive balance on your account to place a bet. To access the system, enter your username (ID) and password in the corresponding fields.

1. Select Sports from the main menu.
2. Choose a sport and event from the left column of the page.
3. In the center you will see the odds and markets. To place a bet, click on the corresponding odds and the event will appear on the bet slip.
4. If there are several bets on the ticket, select the bet type: Accumulator, System bet or Multibet.
5. Enter the bet amount.
6. Press the "Place a bet" button.
7. Your bet information will appear in the pop-up window. If the bet is accepted, the amount will be immediately deducted from your account.
8. You can see your bets in the "My Bets" section or in My Account - Bet History.
9. If you win, the funds will be credited to your account automatically.

Types of Fixed Odds Sports Bets

Single Bet

A single bet is a bet on a specific outcome. To calculate the return on a single bet, the wager is multiplied by the odds of the selected outcome.

Accumulator Bet

An accumulator bet is a bet consisting of several selections on unrelated events. To calculate the return of an accumulator, the bet is multiplied by the corresponding odds of all selections within the accumulator. If at least one selected option fails, the entire bet will be lost.

The accumulator cannot contain related outcomes. If an accumulator (system) consists of two or more related outcomes, the outcomes with the lowest odds will be excluded from the accumulator (system).

Related outcomes (related events) are those where one part of the bet affects another part of the bet.

System Bet

A system bet consists of several accumulators of the same size on a predetermined number of outcomes. The maximum number of accumulators within a system is 184,756. The maximum number of outcomes within a system is 20. To calculate the payout, the returns from all accumulators included in the system are summed.
